[Remote] Data Consultant I

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. The confidential company is seeking an AI Content & Data Analyst Contractor to support AI-generated content and digital product data operations. The role focuses on reviewing, editing, publishing, and maintaining content; managing supplier and customer requests; analyzing data; and improving content workflows and processes.

Responsibilities

• Review, validate, and publish AI-generated image content for quality, accuracy, and consistency
• Support AI content workflows utilizing tools such as Midjourney, Gemini, and ChatGPT
• Write, edit, proofread, and maintain digital product content, including Features and Benefits
• Ensure all published content demonstrates excellent English grammar, spelling, clarity, and consistency
• Engage, train, and manage supplier relationships to capture enriched product content
• Partner with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to resolve content-related questions and requests
• Triage, manage, and escalate customer feedback requests through ServiceNow
• Monitor and manage ServiceNow ticket queues
• Create, maintain, update, and retire item MDM content for Features and Benefits
• Manage and respond to intercompany and customer requests received through shared team mailboxes
• Support foodservice assortments across Protein, Produce, and Grocery categories
• Analyze business and content data using Excel, SQL, and Python
• Develop and maintain process and workflow documentation
• Identify flaws, gaps, or inefficiencies in existing processes and recommend improvements
• Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously while meeting established deadlines

Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
• 0 to 3 years of experience in a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, Content Analyst, eCommerce, or related role
• Copywriting, editing, or content-writing experience
• Excellent English grammar, spelling, proofreading, and written communication skills
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with supplier and/or customer engagement
• Experience using ServiceNow, including working with or managing ticket queues
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly:
• Excel
• Outlook
• Word
• PowerPoint
• Intermediate Excel skills, including:
• VLOOKUP
• Pivot Tables
• Data Visualization
• Intermediate SQL experience
• Intermediate Python experience
