Key Responsibilities

• Data Accuracy & Integrity: Enter, verify, and reconcile child support payment information in the State Disbursement Unit (SDU) system, ensuring 100% compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough research on payment histories, case statuses, and related documentation. Analyze data trends to identify discrepancies or opportunities for process improvement.
• Independent & Collaborative Work: Operate autonomously with minimal supervision while also collaborating with cross‑functional teams, including case managers, IT, and compliance officers.
• Process Improvement: Proactively suggest enhancements to data entry workflows, reporting mechanisms, and quality control checks to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed logs of data entry activities, audit trails, and exception reports. Prepare regular status updates for senior leadership.
