Position Overview

We’re looking for a meticulous and proactive Remote Data Entry Specialist to join our supply chain support team. This role is 100% remote, with a flexible schedule that accommodates your lifestyle while ensuring timely delivery of critical data to our ERP system. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

• Australian residency (required for this role).
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework in business, information technology, or a related field is a plus.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in data entry, ERP systems, or supply chain support.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, macros) and Google Workspace.
• Experience with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics is highly desirable.
• Strong typing speed (minimum 45 words per minute) and exceptional accuracy.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
