Key Responsibilities

• Data Extraction & Transformation: Pull data from HRG, Helix/Self Pay, and other proprietary databases using pre‑built queries and scripts. Cleanse, validate, and transform data to meet client specifications.
• Automation Development: Design, test, and maintain automated workflows that reduce manual effort and minimize errors. Leverage tools such as UiPath, Power Automate, or custom Python scripts.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct rigorous audits, cross‑check data against source systems, and implement quality control checks to maintain 99.9% accuracy.
• Multi‑Tasking & Process Management: Run concurrent processes across multiple windows, ensuring seamless data flow and timely delivery.
• Client Communication: Escalate issues to Management Level and above, collaborate with project teams to resolve discrepancies, and provide clear status updates.
• Reporting & Documentation: Generate regular status reports, maintain logs, and document procedures for future reference and audit readiness.
