• Reporting: Generate weekly status reports summarizing volume, accuracy rates, and any issues encountered.

• Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, analysts, and IT support to resolve data discrepancies and ensure seamless data flow across departments.

Essential Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in data entry, data management, or a related role.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with cloud platforms such as Google Workspace or Microsoft 365.
• Strong typing speed (≥ 60 words per minute) with a high degree of accuracy.
