Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. CadenceOps is a deployment partner for SaaS companies that manages customer engagements from kickoff through go-live and handoff. The Deployment Consultant will own SaaS implementations end-to-end, including discovery, solution design, configuration, integrations, migration, testing, training, stakeholder management, and go-live delivery.
Responsibilities
- Own SaaS customer implementations from kickoff through go-live
- Lead discovery and translate business processes into system designs and configurations
- Advise customers on best practices rather than simply taking requirements
- Configure workflows, templates, permissions, reporting, automations, and other platform functionality
- Design and troubleshoot integrations using APIs, webhooks, CRM/ERP systems, and iPaaS tools
- Manage project plans, dependencies, risks, scope changes, and escalations
- Own data migration, testing, UAT, training, go-live, and hypercare
- Work directly with stakeholders ranging from end users to executives
- Learn new SaaS products quickly and become capable of independently deploying them
- Use AI, automation, and emerging tools to make delivery faster and more scalable
- Keep customers and internal teams informed without needing to be asked
Skills
- 3+ years in SaaS implementations, deployments, onboarding, professional services, technical consulting, or a similar customer-facing delivery role
- Proven experience owning customer deployments, not just supporting them
- Excellent customer communication and project management skills
- Strong discovery and solution-design instincts
- Ability to push back constructively and recommend a better approach when appropriate
- Hands-on understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, authentication, data models, and integrations
- Experience with at least one CRM, ERP/accounting system, HRIS, or other major business application
- Experience with iPaaS/automation tools such as Workato, Boomi, Zapier, Make, or similar
- Comfortable using Postman or equivalent API testing tools
- Active user of modern AI tools
- Strong bias for action and ability to operate through ambiguity with limited supervision
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Highly responsive and dependable when customers or projects need attention
- An interest in agents, MCP, AI-assisted scripting, and workflow automation
