[Remote] Director of Marketing Growth & AI Strategy

Fulchester Consulting is seeking a Director of Marketing Growth & AI Strategy to help organizations strengthen marketing performance and apply AI responsibly. The role guides marketing strategy, growth priorities, workshops, and AI-enabled workflows, using data and stakeholder insight to support measurable improvements.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Marketing Growth: Design and support practical marketing-growth strategies that improve audience engagement, campaign effectiveness, conversion opportunities, and commercial performance
• AI-Enabled Marketing Strategy: Assess and recommend responsible AI-enabled workflows that may support content development, customer insight, marketing operations, campaign planning, and decision-making
• Leadership and Strategic Guidance: Guide marketing leaders and stakeholder teams through strategic planning, growth priorities, and implementation roadmaps
• Workshops and Facilitation: Develop and lead virtual and in-person workshops, discovery sessions, and planning discussions that help teams turn strategy into action
• Collaborative Support: Build strong relationships with client and internal stakeholders, fostering a culture of innovation, responsible experimentation, and continuous improvement
• Results-Oriented Approach: Use relevant data, stakeholder insight, and performance indicators to evaluate marketing effectiveness, refine priorities, and support measurable improvement
• Responsible AI Practice: Consider data privacy, brand standards, quality controls, client confidentiality, and applicable policies when evaluating AI-enabled marketing approaches

Skills

• Relevant backgrounds may include marketing strategy, growth marketing, consulting, agency strategy, business development, customer experience, digital transformation, or organizational leadership
• Demonstrable experience in marketing strategy, growth strategy, consulting, agency strategy, commercial transformation, or a closely related client-facing discipline
• Ability to develop and implement practical strategies that improve marketing performance, operational efficiency, stakeholder engagement, and customer outcomes
• Practical understanding of how AI can be evaluated and applied in marketing contexts, with sound judgment around data privacy, brand quality, and responsibl e
• Ability to lead discussions, facilitate workshops, present recommendations, and build trust with diverse stakeholders
• Ability to use relevant performance data, customer insight, and business context to identify priorities and recommend actions
