Responsibilities
- Drives overall architectural design and strategy across complex programs
- Secures delivery pipelines to maintain the highest standards of system integrity
- Delivers automated infrastructure tailored for mission-critical federal environments
- Leads, mentors, and scales high-performing teams of technical project and program managers
- Manages key relationships between engineering, product development, finance, procurement, and executive stakeholders
- Oversees complex technology initiatives to align capability delivery with broader business goals
Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 10+ years of technical project management leadership experience
- Proven track record leading, mentoring, and scaling teams of technical program managers
- Demonstrated experience driving architectural design and delivering automated infrastructure in federal environments
- Hands-on expertise securing delivery pipelines and managing complex technology initiatives
- Strong background managing relationships across engineering, finance, procurement, and executive stakeholders
- Experience aligning IT, capability, and hardware delivery with broader business strategies
- Must possess an active Top Secret clearance
- Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Administration
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or Agile certification
- Deep knowledge of automated infrastructure and secured delivery pipelines within federal environments
- Exceptional executive communication, negotiation, and cross-functional leadership skills
