[Remote] eDiscovery Partner, Business Development - $300k to $400k base salary

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. The client is hiring a Partner to bring an existing eDiscovery book of business to the consultancy, integrate those clients, and grow revenue. The role focuses on winning new law firm and corporate clients, expanding accounts, and working with delivery and practice leadership to scope and win engagements.

Responsibilities

• Move an existing eDiscovery book of $5M or more across and integrate it into the business in the first 16 months
• Grow that revenue toward $10M by winning new law firm and corporate clients
• Expand existing accounts by bringing more matters and work to the firm
• Work with delivery and practice leadership to scope and win new engagements
• Act as the senior relationship owner for key clients

Skills

• A portable eDiscovery book of business of $5M or more, led by relationships that will follow you
• Established relationships with law firms and corporate legal departments
• A record of growing revenue through new business, not only managing existing accounts
• Credibility with senior legal stakeholders on both the law firm and corporate side
• This client is not accepting applicants who require visa sponsorship or H1-B visas due to the sensitivity of the position and the data managed
