[Remote] Engineering Project Manager Job Details | Amrize

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Amrize is hiring a Project Manager to plan, execute, and complete industrial construction projects on time and within budget. The role manages project teams, costs, schedules, stakeholders, quality, safety, and risks from concept through start-up.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all corporate safety and management policies are adhered to and promote a culture of safety and exhibit these behaviors
• Engage and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Manage industrial construction, renovation, and expansion projects from concept to start-up on time, within budget, and with zero harm
• Lead the feasibility concepts and provide technical expertise relating to cost and schedule estimations relating to funding requests and business cases
• Overall responsibility with the planning, execution, and control of each project in particular with regard to: Project objectives, schedule, and budget
• Project engineering, construction, and administration
• Project Quality Assurance/Quality Control
• Project resources (internal and external)
• Project communication to internal teams and company leadership
• Early identification and communication of project risks
• Demonstrate a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to health, safety and environmental policies in all work environments and areas. Promote a culture of safety and exhibit these behaviors
• Other responsibilities as assigned

Skills

• Bachelor's degree
• 7-10 years with projects of +$5M in construction or heavy industrial industries
• Microsoft Office, Project Management software, Smartsheet, SAP, and AutoCAD
• Demonstrate a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to health, safety and environmental policies in all work environments and areas. Promote a culture of safety and exhibit these behaviors
• Masters degree
• Mechanical, Civil, Electrical Engineering, or related science and technical discipline, as well as Project Management
• PMP certification is a plus
