Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Dropoff is hiring an Enterprise Healthcare Executive to accelerate growth in its healthcare logistics business. The role focuses on winning enterprise healthcare customers, managing strategic relationships and full sales cycles, and expanding Dropoff’s healthcare logistics presence.
Responsibilities
- Generate new business through strategic prospecting, established industry relationships, networking, and targeted outreach
- Independently build and manage a strong pipeline of enterprise healthcare opportunities
- Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification through solution development, negotiation, and closing
- Develop relationships with key stakeholders and C-suite decision-makers
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
- Maintain accurate Salesforce records, track sales activities, and deliver reliable pipeline and revenue forecasts
- Stay informed on healthcare logistics trends, competitive developments, and emerging market opportunities
- Collaborate with Operations and Account Management to ensure successful customer onboarding and service delivery
Skills
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience , with a proven track record of exceeding revenue goals
- Healthcare logistics or transportation sales experience required , preferably within laboratory, pharmacy, or health system markets
- Established healthcare industry relationships and demonstrated success generating new business
- Experience managing complex enterprise sales cycles and executive-level relationships
- Strong prospecting, negotiation, communication, and closing skills
- Proficiency with Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and AI-enabled sales tools
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Equivalent professional experience
