Remote Entry Level Junior Data Analyst
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Data Analyst to join our team in a remote capacity. Key Responsibilities
Collect, organize, clean, and maintain data from various sources. Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and meaningful insights. Prepare accurate reports, summaries, and data visualizations. Assist with creating and maintaining dashboards and performance reports. Perform data entry and validation to ensure accuracy and consistency. Conduct basic statistical analysis and support data-driven projects. Identify data discrepancies and assist with resolving data-quality issues. Collaborate with team members to understand reporting and analytical requirements. Maintain organized documentation of data sources, processes, and findings. Present analytical findings in a clear and understandable format. Support senior analysts and management with ad hoc data requests. Continuously develop knowledge of data-analysis tools, techniques, and best practices. Qualifications & Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets. Familiarity with data-analysis tools such as SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or Python is an advantage. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment. Strong willingness to learn and develop new technical skills. Previous professional experience is not required; internships, academic projects, certifications, or personal data-analysis projects are welcome.
