The role involves virtual client consultations, explaining coverage, supporting informed decisions, and following up with clients.
Responsibilities
- Contact prospective clients through company-provided warm leads
- Schedule and conduct virtual consultations
- Ask questions to understand client needs and priorities
- Explain insurance products, benefits, and available coverage options
- Help clients make informed decisions
- Follow up with clients to ensure a positive experience
- Maintain accurate client information and documentation
- Participate in training, coaching, and team development sessions
Skills
- Excellent communication and active-listening skills
- Professional, helpful, and customer-focused approach
- Strong attention to detail and follow-up
- Comfortable working with technology and virtual meeting platforms
- Self-motivated and reliable
- Able to work independently and as part of a remote team
- Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
- Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
