Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Vertex Elite LLC is seeking an Epic Cheers Consultant (Campaigns) for a contract role. The consultant will support Epic Cheers campaign work, including campaign implementation and support for Epic implementations, upgrades, or optimizations.
Skills
- Active Epic Cheers Certification (no lapse)
- Proven hands-on Epic Cheers campaign experience
- Experience supporting Epic implementations, upgrades, or optimizations
- Strong understanding of CRM, patient engagement, and call center workflows
- Ability to work independently in a consulting or project-based environment
- Strong communication skills and stakeholder collaboration experience
- Experience implementing new or replacement CRM campaigns
- Additional Epic certifications or experience (MyChart, Cadence, Prelude, CTI, Reporting)
- Prior healthcare consulting experience
- USC or Any valid USA work authorization
