Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. XChange Software Inc is seeking an ERP Business & Data Analyst for a 100% remote, six-month contract-to-hire role. The position combines business and data analysis across complex processes, with a focus on SQL, data processing, ERP implementation or digital products, and requirements and testing validation.
Skills
- 3-5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or Functional Analyst with both skill sets combined
- Proven ability to work with large data sets involving complex business processes across multiple operators and business lines
- Advanced SQL proficiency - this is an absolute requirement for success in this role
- Hands-on experience with AWS cloud infrastructure and data processing
- ERP implementation or digital product experience with system administration capabilities
- Strong ability to absorb, retain, and apply information from documentation and knowledge-transfer sessions
- Proficiency with data modeling, requirements documentation, and testing validation methodologies
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps and collaboration tools such as Miro
- Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills with meticulous attention to detail while managing multiple priorities
