[Remote] ERP Project Manager

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. twentyAI is seeking an experienced ERP Project Manager to lead complex ERP implementation projects from planning through go-live. The role manages project plans, budgets, scope, risks, stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and implementation activities to ensure successful delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage ERP implementation projects from kickoff through successful go-live
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, milestones, and deliverables
• Manage project scope, risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests
• Lead project meetings and communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders
• Track project progress and proactively address potential delays or roadblocks
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to agreed-upon requirements
• Apply structured project management methodologies and best practices
• Coordinate cross-functional implementation teams and third-party resources
• Provide clear project status updates to leadership and stakeholders
• Support ERP implementation activities and understand the business processes being addressed

Skills

• 3+ years of formal Project Management experience, preferably within ERP or software implementations
• Demonstrated understanding of structured project management methodologies, terminology, and tools
• Experience managing ERP implementations or other complex software implementations
• Manufacturing experience
• Experience with an ERP such as NetSuite, Acumatica, Sage, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, or Epicor
• Strong communication, organization, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
• Comfortable working in a remote environment
• Willingness to travel approximately 20%
• PMP certification or equivalent formal PM training strongly preferred
