[Remote] Field Marketing Manager, Onsites

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. BioRender is hiring a Field Marketing Manager, Onsites to execute field marketing programs that build brand awareness, engagement, and demand in the scientific community. The role oversees event experiences and logistics, partners with Sales and Customer Success, manages budgets and vendors, and measures event performance.

Responsibilities

• Execute and optimize BioRender’s onsite and field marketing strategy — driving brand presence, pipeline growth, and community engagement through events and activations
• Plan and execute end-to-end logistics for customer onsites, conferences, trade shows, and regional events, ensuring every experience reflects BioRender’s brand and mission
• Partner with Sales and Customer Success to align field marketing activities with go-to-market goals and customer engagement strategies
• Manage event budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships to deliver exceptional onsite experiences efficiently and on brand
• Collect and analyze event performance data to measure ROI and continuously optimize our field marketing approach
• Collaborate with the broader Marketing team to amplify event content across digital, PR, and community channels

Skills

• 3-5+ years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, or experiential marketing
• Proven success executing and optimizing field marketing programs that generate measurable pipeline and brand impact
• Strong organizational and project management skills and ability to manage and execute against fast-paced timelines and across several cross-functional collaborators
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with a knack for building strong relationships across teams and vendors
• A passion for creating exceptional in-person experiences that inspire and engage audiences
• A growth mindset — you're curious, creative, resourceful, and excited to scale programs that make a real difference in the scientific community
• Ideally in a SaaS, tech, or life sciences environment
