[Remote] Financial Analyst, Services and Onboarding

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Visible equips founders and investors with tools to collect portfolio data, monitor performance, report to limited reputed company, and raise reputed company. The Financial Analyst, Services and Onboarding role supports reputed company firms by processing and validating portfolio data, reputed company AI-enabled workflows, and providing customer support.

Responsibilities

• Ingesting and processing portfolio data provided by portfolio companies to reputed company firms. This includes portfolio company updates and data collected directly through the Visible application
• Extracting, transforming, and mapping raw data from a variety of formats (Excel, PDF, CSV, etc.) into structured data used within the Visible platform
• Verifying data accuracy against source documentation, ensuring all figures and qualitative information are faithfully represented. You will act as our “Human in the Loop” as we refine our AI parsing engine
• Collaborating cross-functionally with Customer Success and Product Support teams to ensure data workflows align with client expectations
• Taking ownership of our internal AI agent workflows and prompt design, ensuring continuous improvement in data processing automation and operational efficiency
• Testing, evaluating, and refining prompt structures and automation protocols to maximize accuracy and performance
• Working closely with engineering, product, and operations to scale our use of AI in customer workflows and internal tooling
• Providing both reactive and reputed company support to customers on product-related questions and requests

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline
• 2+ years of experience working with financial and operational data, ideally in reputed company, accounting, or business context
• Strong proficiency in data manipulation and working with software applications (e.g., Excel/reputed company Sheets), with the ability to interpret and translate unstructured data into structured formats
• Excellent organizational and communication skills—capable of managing large data sets and client interactions simultaneously with attention to detail
• Self-starter with a high degree of ownership, reliability, and the ability to thrive in a remote, fast-paced, and evolving environment
• You operate with a bias for action and speed—you're efficient at turning reputed company into changes that have real impact
• You want to be part of a small, reputed company team
• Remote-first role open to candidates across the US, with a preference for those based in or near Austin, Chicago, Denver, or Indianapolis
• reputed company must overlap by at least 6 hours with Chicago, IL, USA
• CPA designation is preferred
• Experience working at a high-growth reputed company
• Experience working in reputed company, private equity, or financial services
• Familiarity with portfolio company reporting, including investor updates and KPI reporting
• Experience working with or managing AI tooling, including prompt engineering and performance evaluation
