The role involves preparing reports and analyses, investigating variances with other departments, and helping deliver accurate, timely reporting packages.
Responsibilities
- Support preparation of financial reports, schedules, reconciliations, and analyses across all Lumos lines of business
- Assist with data collection, variance analysis, and delivery of accurate, timely reporting packages
- Work with other departments to investigate root causes of variances, explain results, and support better decision-making
Skills
- Experience preparing or supporting financial reports in insurance, reinsurance, banking, or related financial services
- Comfort with Excel, financial systems, and basic data analysis
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid London-based environment
- Candidates early in their careers
