Primerica is seeking independent financial representatives to help individuals and families understand financial concepts and available financial solutions. The role includes developing client relationships, completing education and licensing, and building business and leadership skills through training and mentorship.
Responsibilities
- Help individuals and families understand important financial concepts
- Educate clients about life insurance and available financial solutions
- Develop and maintain client relationships
- Complete required education and state licensing
- Develop communication and business-development skills
- Participate in ongoing training and mentorship
- Develop leadership and mentoring skills as you advance
Skills
- 18 years or older
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Motivated, coachable, and willing to learn
- Strong integrity and people skills
- Interested in helping individuals and families
- Comfortable with performance-based, commission-only compensation
