[Remote] Financial Services Associate

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Globe Life provides life, accident, and supplemental health insurance products and support. The Financial Services Associate will connect with prospective clients, conduct virtual needs-based coverage discussions, explain insurance options, maintain client documentation, and participate in training and coaching.

Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective clients through provided warm leads
• Schedule virtual client appointments
• Conduct needs-based coverage discussions
• Educate clients about insurance products and available benefits
• Answer questions and provide professional guidance
• Follow up with clients to maintain a positive experience
• Maintain accurate records and client documentation
• Attend training, coaching, and team meetings

• Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
• Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
• Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
• Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
• Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate's expense
• No prior insurance experience is required
• Self-motivated, coachable, comfortable working independently, and interested in a performance-based career with opportunities for professional growth and advancement
