Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Trilyon, Inc. is seeking a Business Operations Analyst to own weekly executive reporting on fleet supply. The role analyzes operational data, maintains dashboards, partners with operations teams and local depots, presents findings to senior stakeholders, and may expand into program management.
Responsibilities
- Own and deliver the weekly supply report for executive leadership
- Analyze complex operational data, pull out key insights, and clearly state the business impact
- Build and maintain dashboards and reporting using internal tools
- Partner with operations teams and visit local depots (primarily San Francisco) to understand how the operation works and report on it accurately
- Present findings and recommendations clearly to senior stakeholders
- Take on program management responsibilities as you learn the business
Skills
- A consulting-style skill set: structured problem solving, a scrappy and resourceful approach, and comfort digging into data to find the “so what”
- Strong communication and presentation skills, including experience presenting to senior leaders
- Hands-on experience with dashboards and data visualization tools (internal tools are used, so quick learners are welcome)
- Beginner to early-intermediate SQL or query skills, enough to understand how data tables connect
- Experience in ride-sharing, transportation, logistics, or operations at scale
- Experience in consulting, strategy, or business operations
