Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field
- 8+ years of software engineering experience building cloud-native and distributed systems
- 7+ years of consulting or client-facing experience delivering technology solutions
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML, LLMs, prompt engineering, and model deployment
- Strong expertise in cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP), APIs, and modern development frameworks
- Healthcare domain expertise across payer or provider operations
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of identifying and resolving complex billing issues
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Master's degree in a technical discipline
- Knowledge of healthcare data, interoperability, and regulatory requirements
- Experience working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with evolving needs
