Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. CerberusAI is hiring a founding software engineer to build and scale its agentic AI cybersecurity platform. The role focuses on developing event-processing infrastructure, security monitoring interfaces, AI/ML threat-detection systems, and supporting enterprise deployments.
Responsibilities
- Develop sensors, pipelines, and systems to process agent interaction events at massive scale
- Build and maintain infrastructure for large scale event processing and analytics
- Build UI/UX for security engineers and executives to monitor and address threats
- Design, deploy, and scale AI/ML systems and pipelines evaluating LLM and MCP data to identify threats
- Directly support deployments with enterprise customers
Skills
- Experience with Python, Typescript/Javascript, and SQL (primarily Postgres)
- Background working with Kubernetes, Terraform, and Google Cloud Platform
- Background in backend microservices, web development, distributed systems, event processing frameworks, and queueing systems like Apache Kafka
- Experience training, evaluating, and deploying AI/ML systems, especially in areas like anomaly detection
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with founders, customers, and cross-functional partners
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
- Frontend design and development skills
