Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Teradyne is hiring an FP&A Analyst to partner with its Manufacturing and Supply Chain organizations. The role provides financial insights and planning support, strengthens financial discipline, and advances process automation and digital analytics.
Responsibilities
- Support the capital expenditure (CapEx) approval process, ensuring financial rigor and alignment with strategic priorities
- Lead components of the revenue and forecasting cycle; partner with marketing to build accurate recognition plans and tracking models
- Manage spend allocation and maintain the operational spend model to ensure transparency and accountability
- Partner cross-functionally to streamline financial workflows and implement process automation and reporting enhancements
- Support quarter-end close activities, including journal entries, accruals, and variance analysis
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 3+ years of progressive experience in Finance or FP&A, ideally supporting
manufacturing and supply chain
operations
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with advanced proficiency in
Excel
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive cross-functional initiatives
- Demonstrated success in
process improvement
and
automation
projects
- MBA/CPA/CFA preferred
