[Remote] Freelance Digital Project Manager [84331]

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Onward Search is recruiting a Project Manager for an unnamed B2B consultancy and marketing agency. The role manages event-related creative deliverables from start to finish, coordinating internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to keep projects on schedule, on brand, and aligned with business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end project management for event-related creative deliverables, including signage, brochures, social media assets, presentations, and other collateral
• Act as the primary liaison between internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project flow
• Develop project timelines, track progress, and proactively address bottlenecks to keep deliverables on schedule
• Manage multiple workstreams simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and quality
• Support B2B marketing initiatives, ensuring deliverables align with business goals and brand standards
• Provide clear status updates, reporting, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle

Skills

• Must be based in the USA and work Eastern timezone hours
• 4+ years of experience in project management, preferably in B2B marketing, creative services, or events
• Proven track record managing a high volume of creative deliverables across multiple channels
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Workfront, Monday.com, or similar)
• Candidates must have their own computer
