Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Business Centric Technology is seeking a senior full stack developer to build and support secure, scalable SaaS solutions. The role involves translating business needs into technical solutions, developing and supporting applications and integrations, resolving production issues, mentoring developers, and establishing testing, quality, documentation, and AI-assisted development standards.
Responsibilities
- Translate complex business needs into scalable technical solutions while designing, developing, testing, deploying, and supporting full-stack applications, APIs, integrations, and services
- Build secure, scalable, high-performing, and maintainable software while leveraging AI-assisted and agentic AI tools for coding, refactoring, testing, documentation, and troubleshooting
- Lead complex production issue resolution and root-cause analysis, while conducting code reviews and mentoring developers on engineering and AI-assisted development practices
- Establish automated testing, quality standards, and technical documentation while identifying and mitigating risks related to AI-generated code, including security, data privacy, and maintainability
Skills
- 5–8+ years of software/full-stack development or related experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
- Strong experience with C#, ASP.NET, JavaScript, SQL Server, HTML, CSS, APIs, and cloud-hosted applications
- Experience with modern software architecture, integrations, CI/CD, automated testing, observability, and secure coding
- Hands-on experience using AI-assisted development tools while maintaining code quality and security
- Experience with retail operations, inventory systems, SaaS platforms, mobile applications, or enterprise systems preferred
