Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Coastal Protection Inc. is a premier local security and locksmith protection company serving the Coastal communities of Florida & Alabama. They are seeking a Security Installation & Service Technician to install and repair security systems based on customer specifications and location restrictions.
Responsibilities
- Travel to various locations and ascertain their specific needs
- Troubleshoot problems in security systems, and make repairs or replacements
- Install new security systems, including electronic locks, thermostats, alarms, CCTVs, and more
- Maintain appropriate equipment, and restock vehicles and supplies as needed
- Maintain excellent, accurate logs of work completed at all time through our software
- Rotate phone call emergency tech support with other employees (averages 1 week every month)
Skills
- Previous experience in the security industry field IS REQUIRED
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Must be a team player
