[Remote] GenAI Finance Expert

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Insight Global is seeking finance subject-m matter experts to support AI research teams. The role focuses on improving AI model performance by creating finance annotation standards, designing and solving finance tasks, and evaluating task quality.

Responsibilities

• Guide research teams to close knowledge gaps and improve AI model performance in your domain
• Create and maintain precise annotation standards tailored to your finance specialty. As a domain SME, you’ll set the gold standard for quality and rigor
• Design challenging, domain-relevant finance tasks across multiple specializations, and write accurate and well-structured solutions to finance tasks
• Evaluate finance tasks and solutions and provide clear, written feedback

Skills

• A Master's or Ph.D. degree in a relevant field related to the domain of expertise
• A minimum of 3 years professional experience in Finance
• Deep professional experience within areas such as buy-side investing, sell-side equity research, portfolio management, hedge funds, trading, quantitative finance, or relevant Private Equity/investment banking work
• Demonstrated expertise in Finance, particularly as it relates to investing and equity analysis
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly communicate complex concepts and provide precise feedback
• Exceptional analytical ability to identify trends, evaluate quality, conduct deep analysis, and provide actionable feedback
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners
• Flexibility and willingness to learn new technologies and processes within a rapidly evolving environment
• Expert-level quantitative finance experience
