The General Education Program Manager will oversee the delivery, quality, and continuous improvement of General Education programs while partnering with academic leaders, faculty, and campus teams to support student success and high-quality online learning experiences.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with academic leadership to support program goals and initiatives
- Develop student outreach strategies to improve learning, attendance, retention, and satisfaction
- Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate online faculty
- Provide faculty coaching and professional development
- Monitor student performance and coordinate support resources
- Oversee course review and curriculum improvement efforts
- Partner with instructional designers and subject matter experts to develop engaging course content
- Manage faculty budgets and payroll reporting in collaboration with Finance
- Analyze and report on student and program outcomes
Skills
- Master's degree in Education or a related field
- Online teaching experience and familiarity with LMS platforms, preferably Canvas
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Experience supporting faculty and improving student outcomes
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and educational technology tools
