Passion for Life was created to be a high-energy and engaging process that helps students identify their passions and gain clarity on how to utilize their core strengths and talents to select a career.Job DescriptionWe're looking for a highly organized and creative marketing professional to own the full growth marketing and digital presence from strategy and planning through day-to-day execution and deadline management. You'll work closely with our dedicated team to ensure growth strategies are effective and aligned with our mission.This role blends big-picture thinking with hands-on execution to grow our community, increase our presence and engagement, that helps drive donor acquisition.This is an unpaid volunteer position, but there are plenty of valuable internal rewards.What you gain:Shape marketing growth strategy and own digital presenceGain valuable experience in nonprofit development, fundraising and growth plansMake a meaningful impact on the lives of underserved communitiesLet your creativity shine, sky is the limitIncrease your networking opportunities and collaborate with a knowledgeable teamBoost your untapped potential and master new skillsFlexible scheduling and potential for recommendation lettersFully remote, make a difference from the comfort of your homeYour role:Develop comprehensive demand generation strategy to grow nonprofit partnerships, secure corporate sponsorships, and drive individual donor engagementDevelop integrated marketing campaigns to generate interest in Passion for Life's mission and servicesCo-lead the Marketing & Communications team to develop and execute strategy and tacticsAnalyze marketing insights to inform strategic planningCompile report for management showing results (ROI)Work across departments to ensure proper messaging is executed online and is relevant to organizational goalsSupport and protect the brand by ensuring positive messaging is maintained in the on-line communityManage on-line discussions by listening to users, reading between the lines, and responding in a timely manner to users' needs and requests.Report trends and recommended actionsPrepare reports to update internal staff on usage statisticsQualificationsYour skills:7years experience in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial / start-up environment preferred, with a clear ability to both execute strategically and roll-up-your-sleeves when neededExcellent leadership and collaboration skills with experience growing and developing a team. Experience leading people is preferred.Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, PR, Communications, or related fieldExcellent command of written English with copy accuracyHigh energy, self-starter, highly motivated with high-degree of flexibilityExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to present ideas and information clearlyExtreme attention to detail and outstanding organizational skillsGreat time management skills with the ability to pay attention to detailKnowledge of non-profit marketingTime Commitment:10-15 hours a week on a flexible schedule that works with your life.How to Apply:please submit your resume.
