[Remote] Growth Product Manager

The Growth Product Manager will own the Agentic Studio user journey and self-serve product-led growth funnel, optimizing activation, adoption, conversion, retention, expansion, and revenue through data-driven experimentation and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own the full self-serve funnel metrics - activation, adoption, conversion, retention, expansion, and self-service revenue
• Leverage product analytics, customer feedback, and behavioral data to identify growth opportunities and prioritize the product roadmap
• Work with Engineering and Design to drive self-serve experiences, run experiments and optimize time to value and adoption
• Design and execute growth experiments that improve engagement, conversion, retention, and monetization
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to improve acquisition quality, conversion rates, expansion, and overall customer lifetime value

Skills

• 5+ years of Product Management experience building and optimizing self-serve B2B SaaS funnels for AI/ML products
• Proven track record in directly driving revenue growth through data-driven product initiatives and experimentation
• Experience building onboarding experiences, conversion funnels, and lifecycle journeys that optimize time-to-value and customer adoption
• Strong analytical skills with experience leveraging product analytics, customer reputed company, and behavioral data to identify growth opportunities and measure impact
• Proven ability to partner cross-functionally across Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Sales to deliver measurable business outcomes in a fast-paced startup environment
