LVI Associates is recruiting for a well-established heavy civil contractor seeking a Project Manager for roadway and public infrastructure projects in the Richmond area. The role oversees projects from preconstruction through closeout, including budgets, schedules, subcontractors, procurement, and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and procurement
- Coordinate with Superintendents, field teams, inspectors, and owners
- Track costs, change orders, and overall project performance
- Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and VDOT requirements
Skills
- 3+ years of project management experience in heavy civil construction
- Experience with VDOT, roadway improvements, or public works projects
- Ability to read and interpret civil plans and specifications
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Sidewalk and streetscape improvement experience is a plus
