Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Inside Success TV is a TV production company, streaming platform, and marketing agency that creates documentary films and related marketing assets. The Sales Closer consults with business owners and sells TV media packages, starting with outbound calls and earning access to booked inbound calls based on sales performance.
Responsibilities
- No sleazy or high-pressure tactics — ethical selling only. All calls are audited
- Start with outbound calls using company-provided leads
- Earn access to inbound calls booked on your calendar via Typeform applications based on your sales performance
- Continue making outbound calls after earning access to booked inbound calls
- Be prepared to handle up to 16 × 30-minute Zoom sales calls per day
- Sell $10k–$100k TV media packages to small businesses
- Attend every call on time, camera on, fully professional
- Must be comfortable with tech: sending SMS, completing reports, updating CRM after each call
- Attend daily morning training

Benefits
- Commission-only compensation: 20% of revenue collected from outbound sales and 10% of revenue collected from inbound sales. The 20% outbound commission applies to outbound sales even after earning access to inbound calls.
