Responsibilities
- Build and implement AI-powered solutions and AI agents
- Create AI-based workflows and automation
- Develop reusable AI capabilities that engineering teams can use
- Work with product, architecture, engineering, and business teams on AI projects
- Help engineering teams use enterprise AI tools securely and responsibly
- Test, improve, and move AI solutions from prototype to production
Skills
- 8+ years of overall software engineering or technical experience
- 2+ years of hands-on AI/GenAI experience
- Real experience building or implementing AI agents, GenAI applications, or AI automation
- Experience creating AI prototypes and taking them into production
- Hands-on experience with enterprise AI tools such as reputed company Copilot, reputed company 365 Copilot, or similar tools
- Good understanding of AI security, data privacy, compliance, and responsible AI usage
- Strong communication and ability to work with engineering, architecture, product, and business teams
