[Remote] Hiring:: Delivery Manager / Digital Product Owner (Pershing Platform) || Remote

Key2Source is recruiting for an unnamed client seeking a Delivery Manager / Digital Product Owner to lead delivery and evolution of wealth management and advisor experience platforms. The role owns product strategy and end-to-end delivery, including Pershing platform initiatives, stakeholder and vendor coordination, and regulatory governance.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the product roadmap for advisor and wealth management digital platforms aligned with business objectives
• Partner with Wealth Management leaders, advisors, operations teams, compliance, and technology stakeholders to define product vision and priorities
• Convert business strategy into actionable product epics, features, and user stories
• Drive product discovery sessions, requirement workshops, and stakeholder alignment meetings
• Prioritize product backlog based on business value, customer impact, regulatory requirements, and technical feasibility
• Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic initiatives across Advisor Experience, Client Experience, Brokerage Operations, and Wealth Management platforms
• Manage scope, budget, timelines, risks, dependencies, and delivery governance
• Coordinate multiple Agile teams, vendors, and technology partners to ensure successful execution
• Establish delivery metrics, release plans, and operational readiness processes
• Ensure high-quality execution through effective planning, testing, and production deployment practices
• Serve as the subject matter expert for Pershing ecosystem integrations and capabilities
• Drive enhancement initiatives involving:

• Pershing NetX Investor
• Brokerage Account Management
• Trading and Order Management Workflows
• Client Onboarding and Account Opening
• Portfolio Management and Reporting
• Advisor Dashboard and Productivity Tools
• Coordinate with Pershing teams and external vendors to deliver seamless business and client experiences
• Lead initiatives focused on advisor enablement and digital transformation
• Improve advisor workflows across prospecting, onboarding, trading, servicing, and reporting activities
• Drive digital capabilities that improve client self-service experiences and advisor-client interactions
• Partner with UX, Content Management, CRM, and Digital teams to create intuitive user experiences
• Utilize customer and advisor feedback to continuously improve platform capabilities
• Build strong relationships with business executives, advisors, product leaders, operations teams, and technology partners
• Act as the primary escalation point for delivery challenges and operational issues
• Manage third-party vendor relationships including Pershing and other platform providers
• Present program status, delivery health, and roadmap updates to executive leadership
• Ensure adherence to FINRA, SEC, and Wealth Management regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Information Security teams throughout the product lifecycle
• Support audit activities, governance reviews, and regulatory initiatives
• Maintain strong controls around data privacy, cybersecurity, and operational risk

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Finance, or related discipline
• 12+ years of experience in Wealth Management, Broker-Dealer, or Financial Services organizations
• 5+ years of experience as a Digital Product Owner, Product Manager, Delivery Manager, or Program Manager
• Hands-on experience working with Pershing platforms and brokerage ecosystems
• Strong understanding of: + Wealth Management operations + Advisor servicing workflows + Brokerage and custody platforms + Digital customer experiences + Client onboarding and account management
• Experience managing Agile delivery teams using Scrum and SAFe methodologies
• Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
