TechTriad is seeking a detail-oriented HR Data and People Analytics professional to support reporting operations, data quality, and compliance activities. The role maintains dashboards and scheduled reports, develops SQL queries, supports Workday reporting, and delivers analyses for business questions.
Responsibilities
- Own the ongoing upkeep and quality review of People Analytics dashboards and scheduled reports
- Execute against established weekly and monthly reporting cycles, upholding standards for accuracy, consistency, and timeliness
- Contribute to people-related compliance reporting obligations, including preparing datasets, running validation checks, and assisting with submission processes
- Partner with stakeholders to scope, prepare, and deliver analyses and insights that address ad hoc business questions
- Develop and optimize SQL queries to pull, cross-check, and validate information from HR systems and other reporting sources
- Provide hands-on support for Workday reporting and data extraction tasks, resolving issues as they arise
