Key Responsibilities
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for various roles, utilizing

sourcing and interviewing tools. Develop and execute a seamless

onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they are integrated effectively into the company culture. Provide HR support and guidance to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices in a

environment. Address and resolve employee relations issues, conducting investigations and mediating conflicts as needed, using

communication channels. Administer performance management processes, supporting goal setting, feedback, and development planning for a

Maintain accurate and confidential employee records in the HRIS system. Assist with the administration of compensation and benefits programs. Requirements

setting. Strong understanding of federal and state employment laws and regulations. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, reputed company for
