[Remote] Industrial Engineer

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Nokia is a global leader in connectivity for the AI era. They are seeking an Industrial Engineer to develop and maintain Fab capacity models and ongoing equipment capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Use the Theory of constraints to identify opportunities for cost reduction, increased throughput, workflow improvements, etc
• Communicate with management and other personnel to develop production and design standards
• Develop and implement best labor practices (touch time optimization, etc)
• Work closely with the engineering team to identify yield improvement roadmaps

Skills

• Bachelors degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Highly proficient in use of Microsoft Office software, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Experience in AutoCAD
• Experience with SAP
