RESPONSIBILITIES: Travel across Corpus Christi and nearby communities such as Portland, Robstown, and Aransas Pass to notarize loan documents, real estate closings, refinances, wills, and powers of attorney. Administer oaths and affirmations, take acknowledgments, witness signatures, verify identities, and certify copies in full compliance with Texas law — in person or via remote online notarization. QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS: MUST be a U.S. citizen. Active Notary Public commission or certification. High school diploma or equivalent. Able to clear a background check. Experience notarizing loan documents preferred. Professional, detail-oriented, honest, and calm under pressure. JOB REQUIREMENTS: A working laptop or desktop with webcam and microphone, solid Internet, a home-office setup, and a dependable vehicle for signings around Corpus Christi, Texas. PAYMENT: $75.00 to $200.00 per loan signing appointment.
