[Remote] Inside Sales Coordinator

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. IMG Academy is hiring an Inside Sales Coordinator to introduce student-athletes and their families to the college recruiting process and the pathways available through the IMG Academy+ and NCSA ecosystem. The role makes outbound calls, qualifies prospective athletes, and schedules consultations with Senior Sales Specialists.

Responsibilities

• Make 80–100+ structured outbound calls per day to prospective student-athletes and their families between 8:30 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. local time
• Introduce families to the college recruiting process and educate them on athlete development, recruiting timelines, and the programs and pathways available through the IMG Academy+ and NCSA ecosystem
• Build trust with families by clearly explaining available resources and identifying their goals and level of interest
• Qualify prospective student-athletes and schedule consultations with Senior Sales Specialists for personalized needs assessments and solution recommendations
• Participate in sales team meetings and conduct timely client follow-up
• Utilize CRM and sales tools to accurately document interactions and manage outreach
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales goals that directly impact earnings

Skills

• Minimum of six months of professional work or internship experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals
• Basic understanding of athlete development and the college recruiting landscape
• Passion for helping student-athletes and families navigate their athletic and academic opportunities
• One year of sales experience, particularly in a high-volume outbound sales environment
• Prior experience in sports as a collegiate athlete, coach, or in a related role
• Experience using CRM platforms
• Salesforce preferred
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred
