The Inside Sales Specialist sells insurance products and services to prospects and current customers, researches their needs, closes sales, cross-sells additional offerings, and refers prospects to other business lines.
Responsibilities
- Sells insurance products and services to walk-in, call-in and referred prospects and/or current customers on an inside sales basis
- Collects prospect information, researches any questions and issues with other department personnel, determines appropriate products and services to offer and closes sales
- Cross sells other Company products and services and refers prospects to appropriate business lines
- Develops knowledge of insurance products and services
Skills
- Required: High school diploma and 1 year experience required
- Insurance licensing required after employment
- Behaviors: Should possess good verbal communication skills
