The Insurance Agent distributes benefit enrollment materials, confirms eligibility, handles customer service calls and follow-up inquiries, answers coverage questions in clients’ best interests, and presents customized coverage solutions using a guided needs-analysis process. The role partners with leadership to stay current on products, services, and policy updates. Comprehensive training and onboarding support are provided.
