[Remote] Insurance Customer Support Associate - Remote - New Mexico

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. The Insurance Customer Service Associate will remotely support customers in New Mexico by answering incoming communications, researching customer issues, and providing accurate resolutions while maintaining patient privacy.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming communications from customers
• Conduct research to provide answers for customers to resolve their issues

Skills

• 6 months or more of customer service experience
• Integrity to follow HIPAA guidelines on maintaining patient privacy (just as you would expect if it were your private information being shared)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Computer experience
• High speed internet (> 15 mbps)
• Smart phone or another device that runs IOS or Android (iPad etc.) for your daily log-in
• While we recommend a USB wired headset, if you have a headset already, you may be able to use that (except for Bluetooth headsets)
