Compensation
Base salary ranges: $40,000 - $45,000 Overall possible yearly total compensation $60,000 - $95,000+ BASE AND OVERALL COMPENSATION DETERMINED BY BACKGROUND, INTERVIEW, AND LICENSES UNCAPPED COMMISSIONS & BONUSES Medical, Dental, Vision 4% Matching 401(k) PTO FLEXIBLE WORK SCHEDULES!! Experience Requirements & Qualifications: Texas Property & Casualty Insurance License - Required Texas Life & Health Insurance License - Preferred 1+ years of P&C insurance sales experience - Preferred Reliable Internet connection and a quiet, professional, place to work - Required Must be organized, able to multitask, and efficient Must be self-motivated, reliable and have a positive attitude PC skills Possess a genuine and willingness to learn and be coachable Excellent skills in communication and presentation Ability to jump into any task and go the extra mile Able to self regulate and motivate - we don’t want to have to remind you every day why you’re working Primary Responsibilities: Enhance insurance agency reputation by accepting ownership of the entire customer experience from first contact to close of policies. Prospect and initiate new business sales while building business referral relationships. Execute, plan and implement office processes. Maintain reports and records of insurance policies. Process applications. Maintain regular contact with clients and answer questions and make changes to existing policies. All agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees. Any agents’ employees are not employees of a corporate parent company.
