Wage / Salary :The internship is unpaid, but students receive college credit if the university / college approves.This internship is generally geared toward college students, but graduates or transitioning professionals of any age are also encouraged to apply.Teams :Interns will apply for and be placed within the following departments, Marketing, Festivals and Fairs, Roster Operations, Degy Impact, CPSE (Corporate, Private and Special Events) Booking and Sales, or Special Projects Team.This will be the main day-to-day responsibility and where most deadlines and assignments will come from.Booking & Sales Team :On this team, you will be placed with one of our senior agents and their assistants basedon areas of interest.Through lead generation and market research, you will learn how to develop differentsectors of Degy, build brand awareness, enhance your customer service and sales skills, and learn more aboutentertainment booking.From roster acts to major talent, you will gain a better understanding of the showprocess from conception to execution.Marketing & Creative Team :Our marketing team consists of a strategic, creative, and analytical perspectivewhere you will focus on marketing strategies and creative branding, with specific areas of interest that includeGraphic Design, Social Media Management, Content Creation, Website Optimization, SEO Strategies, GoogleAnalytics, and the overall Marketing & Advertising of Degy Entertainment and the overall Marketing &Advertising of Degy's Family of Companies.Special Projects Team :This dynamic team is dedicated to strategizing and executing special projects assigned bythe CEO, focusing on developing new business lines and completing projects from inception to conclusion.Youwill engage with various stakeholders and collaborate on projects such as Degy Concepts Operations & Logistics,online ticketing solutions, and promotional products business development.This role offers a uniqueopportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales collateral concepts, concept creation, event logistics andmarketing, manage RFP processes, and support the creation of marketing materials and basic web design.RequirementsThis is a fully remote program, so a reliable computer and internet connection is a mustConfident, dynamic individual with a passion for music and entertainment, business, and / or technologyMust be dependable and able to meet strict deadlinesShould be willing to participate in virtual meetings and eventsBe great with time management, punctual, and resourcefulMust have strong communication and interpersonal skillsBe customer service oriented and comfortable talking with potential or existing clientsPossess strong research, writing, and organizational skillsAble to understand the importance of maintaining strict confidentialityWilling to adapt to changes in a fast-paced environmentMust have a positive attitude and be excited to learn while obtaining a professional demeanorBenefitsCollege Credit eligible for Colleges / Universities that align with what we offer..
