[Remote] Intern, Yardi Administrator

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Z-Modular, part of Zekelman Industries, is seeking an intern to support administration and optimization of its property management technology platforms. The role assists with property onboarding, Yardi system maintenance, support-ticket resolution, data accuracy, and related platform configuration.

Responsibilities

• Assist with configuring new properties, users, and system settings within Yardi platforms
• Support property onboarding activities by entering and validating system data
• Monitor and respond to Yardi-related support tickets under the guidance of senior team members
• Troubleshoot basic system and user issues and escalate complex concerns when needed
• Assist with data audits to maintain system accuracy and integrity
• Support RENTCafé and related platform configurations as assigned
• Collaborate with operational and business stakeholders to ensure timely completion of setup activities
• Participate in system enhancement, testing, and implementation projects
• Document processes, procedures, and troubleshooting solutions
• Perform other duties as assigned

Skills

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or a related field
• Demonstrate strong interest in technology administration, property management systems, or business applications
• Possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Analyze problems and identify practical solutions
• Learn new systems and processes quickly
• Demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
• Previous exposure to Yardi, property management software, databases, or ERP systems
