Remote Interview Coach for HR Professionals - Independent Contractor (1099)
Beeclat helps students and job seekers practice for real interviews. We're looking for experienced interviewers (HR professionals, recruiters and hiring managers who have conducted interviews) to coach them as independent contractors. What you'll do - Run live 20-minute mock interviews over video with candidates from many fields. - Write a short feedback report afterward (about 10 minutes). Pay and schedule - $40 per session (20-minute mock plus about 10-minute report), paid per session. - Fully remote. You set your own hours and take as many sessions as you want. - Independent contractor (1099) work. Requirements - Proven experience conducting interviews or screening candidates. - You must live and be authorized to work in the United States, with a US driver's license or state ID for onboarding. - Clear, constructive feedback. - Experience in any field is welcome.
