Overview
We are seeking a Senior Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) Functional Consultant with deep hands-on expertise in ORC implementations, configuration, and production support. Candidates must have completed at least 3 recent end-to-end ORC implementations and be available during U.S. EST business hours.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end ORC implementations from requirements gathering through go-live. Configure requisitions, approvals, candidate applications, interviews, offers, and hiring workflows. Manage ORC integration with Core HR/Global HR and Pending Worker processes. Support worker lifecycle transactions, including hires, assignments, and transfers. Lead CRP, SIT, UAT, cutover, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization. Troubleshoot ORC integrations with job boards, career sites, and third-party ATS platforms. Collaborate with technical teams on HCM integrations, reports, and extensions. Support OTBI/BIP reporting, HCM Extracts, and Fast Formula requirements. Perform root-cause analysis and resolve functional and production issues. Partner with Recruiting, HR, Payroll, Compensation, and business stakeholders.
Requirements
Strong hands-on Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) functional consulting experience. Minimum 3 recent end-to-end ORC implementations is mandatory. Strong Core HR/Global HR knowledge and Pending Worker workflow expertise. Experience with requisition configuration, candidate selection, offers, and hiring processes. Strong understanding of ORC integrations with external job boards and third-party ATS platforms. Experience leading requirements gathering, functional design, testing, cutover, and go-live. Strong production support and troubleshooting experience. Functional knowledge of HCM integrations, Fast Formula, HCM Extracts, and OTBI/BIP reporting. Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications for technical teams. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and client-facing skills. Must be available during U.S. Eastern Time business hours. Preferred: Experience across Oracle Recruiting Cloud, Core HR/Global HR, Compensation, and Payroll.
