You will qualify guests and travel planners, guide them in multiple languages, and offer customized travel arrangements.
Responsibilities
Clarify guests’ expectations and travel planning needs. Assist and educate guests in Portuguese, English, and potentially French. Offer personalized travel packages and booking solutions. Collaborate with internal teams to secure the best options for guests. Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions.
Qualifications
Strong interest in customer relations across multiple channels. Excellent listening and communication skills. Goal‑oriented with a focus on sales and customer experience. Proficient with computers and standard office software. Language proficiency: C1/C2 Portuguese, C1/C2 English, B2/C1 French. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education. Working Hours & Compensation Full‑time schedule: 31 or 39 hours per week (flexible hours). Remote work possibility from home; requires up to 5 days onsite per month. Fixed hourly pay plus variable commission.
